Bottled water will be delivered to the unit. There will be an arrangement whereby bottled water will be delivered for drinking purposes, that is how most houses get their drinking water in this area.

Toilets are western-style outlets as found in the US and Europe. Western style showers are also part of the bathroom facilities.

Location environment

In Chennai, the beach area where the house is located is more upscale and private than most other areas. The beach road is quiet and clean with a lot of high quality restaurants. Unless you stay at a hotel, the amount of peace and privacy you will get here is not going to be beatable by any other similar housing. This area is lightly occupied and there are not a lot of houses and very little traffic at all. The family will respect your privacy wishes.
